Terms & Conditions — Q FOREST FESTIVAL

Welcome to Q FOREST FESTIVAL (“the Festival”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (“the Site”), your ticket purchase, and your attendance at the Festival. By accessing the Site or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Liability Waiver, which is considered signed upon purchase.

Please read carefully.


1. General Information

1.1 The Festival is organized by BLOOMSMACK LLC (“Organizer”).
1.2 These Terms apply to all attendees, volunteers, staff, and visitors.
1.3 The Festival takes place in the mountains of Colorado and may involve uneven terrain, exposure to weather, and limited accessibility. Proper preparation is required.


2. Age Requirement

2.1 The Festival is strictly 21+.
2.2 Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. No exceptions.

  • Anyone who fails to provide a VALID government-issued ID will be denied entry without refund.

2.3 Anyone under 21 will be denied entry without refund.


3. Tickets, Wristbands & Entry

3.1 All tickets are delivered as wristbands sent via mail approximately 1 month prior to the event.
3.2 Tickets/wristbands are non-transferable.
3.3 Any unauthorized resale, scalping, duplication, tampering, or transfer of tickets/wristbands is strictly prohibited and will result in denied entry without refund.
3.4 Single-day tickets are not available. All ticket purchases grant access to the full two-day event—attendance for both days is not required, but tickets cannot be divided.
3.5 You must wear your wristband at all times while on festival grounds.
3.6 Lost, stolen, or damaged wristbands cannot be replaced without proof of purchase and a VALID government-issued ID.

  • If lost or stolen before the event dates; bring proof of purchase and a VALID government-issued ID to the gate upon entry and you will receive a replacement. 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 If the Festival is canceled by the Organizer, attendees will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
4.2 If weather forces cancellation with fewer than 8.5 hours remaining on Day 2, no refunds will be issued.
4.3 Lineup and schedule changes are not grounds for refunds.
4.4 The Organizer is not responsible for costs incurred outside ticket purchases (e.g., travel, lodging, supplies).


5. Safety, Conduct & Prohibited Actions

5.1 You agree to follow all instructions from security, staff, emergency personnel, and posted signage.
5.2 EMT and security personnel will be onsite throughout the event.
5.3 Bag checks are mandatory at the entrance to festival grounds (separate from camping areas).
5.4 This is a zero-tolerance event for violence, harassment, or misconduct of any kind.
5.5 Sexual harassment or misconduct is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught engaging in such behavior will be removed from the Festival and held accountable to the full extent of Colorado law.
5.6 Illicit or illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

  • Possession may result in removal.
  • Distribution will result in legal action, including referral to law enforcement.

5.7 Attendees must not bring unapproved or prohibited items onto festival grounds. A detailed list of prohibited items will be available on our website.
5.8 If you are sick, experiencing symptoms of contagious illness, or have tested positive for any communicable disease, you must stay home.


6. Venue Conditions & Accessibility

6.1 The Festival takes place in a mountainous, outdoor environment. Attendees must pack appropriately for weather, terrain, and camping conditions.
6.2 There is no ADA access at the venue. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge the location’s limitations and accept responsibility for your own mobility and personal safety.


7. Personal Property

7.1 Attendees are fully responsible for their own belongings.
7.2 The Organizer is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property, including items stored in tents, cars, or on festival grounds.


8. Health & Liability

8.1 Attendance is entirely at your own risk.
8.2 By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that your purchase constitutes your electronic signature on the Liability Waiver.
8.3 You assume all risks associated with attending a large outdoor event, including weather, wildlife, physical activity, and crowd environments.
8.4 The Organizer is not liable for injuries, accidents, or medical issues that occur on or off-site during the event.


9. Website & Data Use

9.1 Personal information collected on the Site is used only for internal festival purposes, such as headcount, demographic trends, and artist interest analytics.
9.2 Your data will not be sold to third parties.
9.3 The Organizer will protect your data to the best of its abilities but cannot guarantee absolute security.
9.4 By using the Site, you agree not to misuse it or engage in unauthorized access attempts.


10. Photography & Media

10.1 By attending, you grant the Organizer permission to use photos or video of you for promotional purposes.
10.2 Professional cameras and recording equipment may be restricted unless approved by the media team.


11. On-Site Purchases

11.1 All purchases made on festival grounds are final, unless otherwise noted by the specific vendor.
11.2 The Organizer is not responsible for disputes between attendees and third-party vendors.
11.3 The Festival is a cashless event, unless stated by vendors.  


12. Rules & Regulations

12.1 By attending, you agree to abide by all of the rules and regulations set by Q Forest Festival at Rules & Regulations
12.2 Adhere to and abide by the list of allowed and prohibited items for the festival, and understand that festival management reserves the right to remove any individual from festival grounds and deny reentry for violating these policies.


13. Emergency Situations

13.1 In the event of an emergency, attendees must follow all instructions from security and emergency personnel.
13.2 Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal without refund.


14. Changes to Terms

14.1 The Organizer may update these Terms at any time.
14.2 Continued use of the Site or wristband activation signifies acceptance of any updated Terms.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by Colorado courts.

These Terms & Agreements belong to the BLOOMSMACK LLC and are contractually sound under all Colorado State Laws, as such it is unlawful to distribute, copy, or revise this internal document. By signing below, both parties agree to the terms stated in this Agreement.  Both parties confirm their understanding of the expectations that reflect a safe and healthy environment both for attendees as well as the venue and the environmental nature it is held on.
