RULES & REGULATIONS

Welcome to our 2-Day Camping Music Festival in Colorado!
We’re thrilled to have you here. Our goal is to create a space where music, community, and nature can thrive in harmony. To keep everyone safe and ensure a great experience, the following rules and guidelines must be followed at all times.
SAFETY & SECURITY
- NO Firearms or Weapons of any kind are allowed on festival grounds, including camping areas.
- NO Open Flames or campfires permitted. Propane stoves may be used in designated areas only.
- NO Fireworks or Explosives permitted at any time.
- NO Backpacks bigger than a hydropack (3 liters / 100 ounces Length: ~17.5 inches (44.5 cm)
Width: ~8.5 inches (21.6 cm)) - DO NOT interact with any animals on the ranch nor wild life. You are to stay within the bounds of the venue fencing. ANYONE CAUGHT WITH INTERACTIONS WITH ANIMALS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE VENUE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REENTRY OR REFUND.
- Illegal Substances Are Not Condoned. If law enforcement or security finds you using, selling, or distributing illegal substances, we cannot prevent legal action.
- If You Choose to Use Substances:
- Test EVERYTHING – Reagent kits save lives.
- Hydrate and Rest – Drink water regularly.
- Buddy System: Stay with your friends, especially at night.
- Bring Narcan if you have it — it could save a life.

MEDICAL & EMERGENCY SUPPORT
- EMTs and First Responders will be on-site and available at all times.
- In case of emergency, notify a staff member or go directly to the medical tent.
- Roll calls or shelter-in-place orders may occur in emergency situations — follow staff instructions immediately.
BEHAVIOR & CONSENT
- Be Kind. Be Respectful. We are all guests here — treat others and the land with respect.
- Sexual Harassment and Assault Will Not Be Tolerated.
- Any non-consensual behavior will result in immediate removal from the event and may be reported to law enforcement.
- Offenders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law under Colorado state law.

- Take Care of One Another. As an attendee, you are part of the safety net. Speak up if you see someone in distress.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICIES
- If you are found endangering others, engaging in violence, harassment, or creating an unsafe environment, you will be immediately removed from the premises with no re-entry or refund.
- All decisions by security and staff are final.
CAMPING & GROUNDS CONDUCT
- Leave No Trace: Pick up after yourself. Trash, cans, and recyclables should go into proper bins or be packed out.
- Pack It In, Pack It Out. Respect the land — leave it better than you found it.
- Quiet Hours: From 2 AM to 9:30 AM, please keep noise to a minimum.
- Be Fire-Wise: No fires, candles, or burning of ANY kind permitted.
HEALTH & WELLNESS
- Stay Hydrated. Water stations will be available throughout the venue – use them often.
- Protect Your Ears. Bring earplugs, especially near stages.
- Pace Yourself. The weekend is long. Take breaks and rest when needed.
- Eat Food. There will be food options in the venue – make sure to also bring your own for your campsites

Personal Essentials
- Small backpacks, CamelBaks (up to 3L)
- Fanny packs, drawstring bags, purses
- Refillable water bottles (empty at entry)
- Sunscreen (non-aerosol)
- Lip balm, hand sanitizer
- Wet wipes, tissue packs
- Sunglasses and hats
- Earplugs
- Rain ponchos or light jackets
Comfort Items
- Small blankets or tapestries
- Collapsible/folding chairs (in designated areas)
- Low-profile beach or camp chairs
- Yoga mats
Electronics
- Cell phones and external battery packs (power banks)
- Disposable cameras, Polaroids
- Small LED flashlights
Camping Gear (for camping attendees)
- Tents and canopies (without stakes if on hard ground)
- Sleeping bags, pads, hammocks, pillows
- Coolers (usually only in campground, not festival grounds)
- Cooking stoves (propane, single-burner — based on local fire restrictions on week of festival)
- Food and snacks (in original sealed packaging or reusable containers)
- Reusable eating utensils, cups, and plates
- Small shade structures (in camping areas only)
- Headlamps or Electronic camping lamps
- Small Speaker (quiet hours 2am-9:30am)
- 1 30 pack of malt beverages (4-8% ABV) per person in campsite (no bottles of liquor or wine; Twisted Tea & Ciders permitted)
Personal Care & Safety
- First aid kits
- Prescription medications (must match ID)
- Narcan / naloxone
- Drug test kits (to encourage harm reduction)
- Menstrual hygiene products
- Toiletry kits (for campers)
Community Items
- Flow toys (hula hoops, poi, etc. — non-fire)
- Costumes, glitter (biodegradable preferred)
- Signs and totems (must be within size limit of 6ft and non-offensive)
- Flags (no hate symbols or poles with metal tips)
Special Mentions
- ADA-approved mobility devices
- Service animals (with documentation, no pets otherwise)
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES
- No Generators, unless approved by the festival team in advance.
- No Drones or unauthorized aerial devices.
- No Unauthorized Vending. All vendors must be pre-approved and licensed.
- Service Animals Only. Pets are not permitted. ADA-compliant service animals are welcome.
