Transform your festival experience by camping right next to your vehicle. The Car Camping Pass allows you to bring your standard car, SUV, or truck into the campgrounds, giving you the convenience of locking valuables in your vehicle and setting up your camp immediately adjacent.
This is the most popular way to experience Q Forest Festival, offering the perfect balance of comfort and immersion in the community.

🚗 One (1) Vehicle Spot: Entry for your standard car, SUV, or truck into the camping grounds.

⛺ Camping Space: Room to park your vehicle and set up your tent/gear next to it.

🚻 Amenities Access: Access to campground temporary toilets and water stations.
⚠️ CRITICAL: Festival Entry is NOT Included

This pass is for camping only. It does NOT grant entry to the festival venue.

Every single person in your vehicle (including the driver) MUST have their own separate General Admission Festival Pass.

If you arrive without a Festival Pass, you will not be permitted to enter the campgrounds.
Strict Campground Rules & Policies
By purchasing this pass, you agree to the following terms:
First Come, First Served You will be guided into an assigned space. You claim your space upon arrival. We do not reserve specific plots or guarantee a specific square footage per vehicle. Arrive early to secure your preferred location. If you wish to camp with friends, you must arrive together in a convoy.
Prohibited Items & Actions

❌ NO FIRES: Due to Colorado fire danger, absolutely no open flames, charcoal grills, fire pits, or wood fires are permitted. Small propane camp stoves are allowed but must be attended at all times.

❌ NO GENERATORS: Gas or diesel generators are strictly prohibited to maintain air quality and quiet. Solar generators/battery banks are welcome.

❌ STRICT NOISE POLICY: To ensure everyone rests for the next day, strict quiet hours will be enforced. Sound systems (large speakers) are not allowed in the campgrounds. Quite Hours are 3:00 AM -10:00 AM.
Right to Enforce Festival staff reserves the right to ask for any item (tents, structures, furniture) to be moved or removed if it encroaches on fire lanes, causes a safety concern, or disturbs neighbors. Failure to comply will result in ejection without refund.
Vehicle Restrictions

Standard Vehicles Only: Cars, SUVs, trucks, and vans under 20 feet are permitted.

No RVs or Trailers: This pass is NOT valid for RVs, travel trailers, pop-up campers, or oversized vans (Sprinters/Transits). You must purchase an RV Spot Pass for those vehicles.

No Re-Entry: Once your car is parked, it must remain there for the duration of the festival. No re-entry is permitted for safety reasons.
Strict No-Refund Policy All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including weather, lineup changes, or personal schedule conflicts.
Anti-Scalping & Conduct We reserve the right to void any passes purchased for the purpose of resale or by unauthorized brokers. Management reserves the right to eject any vehicle or person for behavior that endangers the safety or vibe of the festival, including possession of prohibited items (glass, weapons, fireworks, etc.), without refund.
Assumption of Risk Camping in Colorado brings natural elements. By camping, you assume all risks associated with outdoor camping, including weather and wildlife. Please pack accordingly and “Leave No Trace.”
